طريقة التحضير
في قدر كبير على نار متوسطة الحرارة ، سخني الزيت. يُضاف البصل ويُطهى حتى يصبح طرياً لمدة 5 دقائق. أضيفي دجاج دارزود وحمريه حتى يختفي اللون الوردي لمدة 5 دقائق. يضاف الثوم والزنجبيل ويطهى لمدة 1 دقيقة حتى تفوح رائحته.
أضيفي البهارات واطبخي حتى تفوح رائحته لمدة دقيقة. أضيفي الطماطم والمرق واتركيها على نار هادئة. يُضاف الزبادي ويُتبل بالملح والفلفل. يُترك على نار خفيفة حتى تنضج قطع الدجاج بالكامل وتنضج ، لمدة 15 إلى 20 دقيقة.
