Ingredients
- DAARZOOD chicken breast cut into cubes.
- 2 cups of crushed wheat.
- 2 onions of medium size.
- A tablespoon of olive oil.
- 4 liters of water.
- Cinnamon and spices that you have.
- Pinch of salt to taste.
- Pinch of cumin to taste.
Directions
- Soak the crushed wheat in the amount of water for up to two and a half hours.
- Drain the wheat well from the water, then wash it and leave it aside until use.
- Chop the onions and put them in the bowl of an electric mixer until they are chopped.
- Put the olive oil in a suitable bowl on the stove and leave it until it gets hot, then add the onions to the oil and stir until it turns golden
- Add the DAARZOOD chicken pieces to the onion and stir well until it changes color, then add the cinnamon, cumin and spices, and keep stirring.
- After that add the crushed wheat and then add the water while continuing to stir the ingredients.
- Leave the pot on a low heat for two hours, making sure to cover the bowl with aluminum foil on the top of the lid itself.
- After an hour and a quarter have passed, remove the lid and add the salt, then start mashing all the ingredients together.
- And after the end of the specified period for cooking, remove the mixture from the heat, then transfer it to a serving dish, and it can be decorated with black lemon and hot butter

يفضل في طبخ الهريس ان يكون الدجاج مع العظم لانه يعطي نكهة في الطبخ ولا يستعمل زيت الزيتون لكي لا يغير الطعم الاساسي للطبخة وبالنسبه للبهارات كذالك لايفضل استخدامها بعد لكي لاتغير الطعم الاساسي للنكهة الطعم يكون من لحم الدجاج الطازج وحبوب الهريس الجيده
