Ingredients
- DAARZOOD chicken wings 1 green pepper 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 garlic cloves, grated crushed cane 1 teaspoon thyme 1 salt and spices
Directions
1. Salt the chicken wings and fry it in a little oil over a high heat until browned on both sides.
2. Remove the chicken wings from the oil and put a thinly sliced pepper in the same oil and let it fry on a low heat.
3. We add grated garlic, black pepper, turmeric, ground cane, vinegar, thyme and red pepper.
4. Pour about a cup of water and add a pinch of salt.
5. Put the fried chicken wings in the broth, cover them and leave them on a low heat, turning them over from time to time until the broth dries out.
