Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates only. Your delivery rhythm depends on your emirate.

An estimated delivery date for your order will be confirmed the moment you receive your order confirmation.
On the day
Receiving your order
Because you're receiving fresh food, we hand it over in person — never left unattended.
Someone can accept on your behalf
If you can't be there when your order arrives, that's no problem — anyone over the age of 18 with your authority can accept the delivery for you.
If plans change
If we miss you
We'll leave a card
If there's no one home to accept the order on the agreed date, we'll leave a card to confirm we attempted delivery. Just get in touch with us to arrange a new delivery date that works for you.
Repeat delivery attempts
Where an order couldn't be delivered through no fault of our own, we may charge for any further attempt to deliver it. We'll always agree the amount with you first, before trying again.
