- Daarzood eggs Sourdough slices 1 avocado 1 Feta cheese Dill
Directions
1. Use 4 small sourdough slices, mashed up 1 avocado, then add a sprinkle of feta to each, and then diced up about 1/4 cup preserved lemon.
2. To make soft boiled eggs, boil water, add the eggs for 6 and a half minutes, and then immediately place into an ice bath and let cool before peeling.
